n accordance with the Tunisian law regulated by the article n° 55 of June 23, 1981, completed by the law n°77 of August 8, 2005.

The agency fees also called fees are regulated according to the law in force.

The real estate agent as a professional who carries out real estate transactions is an intermediary and an agent between the two parties who presents services.

This sum will be definitively acquired to the agency at the time of the signature of the contract or in part at the time of the promise of sale.

HEREAFTER OUR FEES AND AGENCY FEES :

Sale of properties: villa, house, apartment, land, commercial premises, hotel...
*The seller : 3% HT on the total sale price
*The buyer: 2% HT on the total sale price

Yearly and long term rental: villa, apartment, business etc. .../b>
*The owner: 5% on the annual amount.
*The tenant: 5% on the annual amount.

Short stay rental (not more than six months): villa, apartment ...
*The owner: 10% of the rental amount
*The tenant: 10% of the rental amount.

Sale and Rental of Businesses
*The SELLER and the buyer will each pay 5% HT on the totality of the selling price
